- 2 lbs country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Season pork ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Arrange ribs on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour chicken broth and barbecue sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
