- 2 chicken , diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 4 tbsp cowboy butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli florets. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cowboy butter and lemon juice. Cook until butter melts.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
