- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and uncooked rice in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and rice mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and the rice is tender.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- You can substitute cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor.
- Add extra vegetables like carrots or peas if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
