- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- You can use fresh or leftover turkey.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder.
