Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, cubed
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
