Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer before adding pasta.
- Substitute beef with chicken or mushrooms for a different variation.
- Freshly grated parmesan works best for a smoother texture.
