A delicious one-pan meal featuring tender steak, creamy cheddar sauce, and penne pasta with Cajun seasoning.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, sliced thin
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Return cooked steak and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use freshly grated cheddar for smoother melting.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
