Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak and Cajun seasoning, cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream.
  7. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
