- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook chicken until browned. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Whisk eggs, Parmesan, and heavy cream in a bowl.
- Return spaghetti to the pot. Pour the egg mixture over and toss quickly to coat the pasta.
- Add cooked chicken, shrimp, and bacon. Stir gently.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Do not overcook the eggs to avoid scrambling.
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
