- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, chicken broth, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a slight kick.
