- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork and stir into the sauce.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or with your favorite side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives before serving.
- If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little more chicken broth.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
