- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and cornstarch if needed for thickness.
- Serve hot over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
