Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork.
- Add penne pasta, mushrooms, and spinach.
- Cook for another 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use any pasta you prefer.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
