A creamy and delicious fish casserole that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 500g white fish fillets (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add fish chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh fish for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread or a fresh salad.
