Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add fish chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and lemon juice before serving.
