Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and return salmon to the skillet. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
- Serve with pasta or roasted vegetables.
