Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and half the herbs.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add cream and remaining herbs, simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Boil potatoes until tender, drain, mash with milk, and season.
- In another pan, sauté carrots in olive oil until tender, then glaze with honey.
- Serve chicken with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.

- Use fresh herbs if available for better flavor.
- Adjust honey quantity based on sweetness preference.
- Chicken can be substituted with thighs.
