Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, mushrooms, and asparagus. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked penne and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh asparagus for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter version.
