  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
