A simple and delicious creamy pasta salad perfect for picnics or quick meals.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
