A refreshing and creamy pasta salad with sweet strawberries and tangy feta cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, feta, basil, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled pasta to the large bowl with the strawberry mixture.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss gently to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- For extra creaminess, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to the dressing.
- This salad tastes best when served chilled.
