Description

Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumble the tofu into a large bowl.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Brush the balls lightly with olive oil.
  6. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
