Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
