- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin strips.
- Soak potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry with a towel.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.
