  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated florets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. While baking, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make the garlic sauce.
