Description

Crispy fried ravioli is a delicious appetizer or snack. You coat ravioli in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in another bowl.
  4. Dip each ravioli in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Fry ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
