- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly brown the chicken.
- Place chicken, spinach, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Add salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
- Add a splash of lemon juice before serving for extra freshness.
- For creamier texture, stir in ½ cup of heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
