- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 eggroll wrappers
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onions in a pan until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each eggroll wrapper and fold tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry eggrolls until golden brown and crispy.
