  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix evenly over the beef short ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 6 hours.
  5. Mix apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle.
  6. Spritz the ribs every hour to keep them moist.
  7. Remove the ribs when the internal temperature reaches 203°F.
  8. Let them rest for 15 minutes before serving.
