- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and protein in a bowl.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Toss well.
- Soak a spring roll wrapper in warm water for 5 seconds.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling on the wrapper and fold tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
