Ingredients

- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup bagel chips, broken into pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, and bagel chips.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and salt.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the cereal mix. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For extra tanginess, add 1 additional tbsp pickle juice.
- Substitute gluten-free pretzels for a gluten-free version.
