- 2 lbs boneless chicken , cubed
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix chicken with marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the chicken.
- Combine breadcrumbs with olive oil, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and chicken cooks through.
Notes
- Use fresh cheese for best results.
- Leftovers keep well in fridge for 3 days.
- Serve with pasta or salad.
