Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken , cubed
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken with marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the chicken.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs with olive oil, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and chicken cooks through.
