  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and line a pie dish with it.
  4. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the pastry.
  5. Cover with another layer of puff pastry and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the top with egg yolk.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
