Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in pastel-colored sprinkles gently.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Frost with vanilla frosting and top with mini chocolate eggs or candies.
