Instructions
- Mix corn, flour, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Spoon small portions of batter into the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
