- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
