Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Dip each slice of brioche into the custard mixture, letting it soak for about 30 seconds per side.
- Place the soaked bread in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Notes
- Use day-old brioche for better absorption.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Top with fresh berries for extra flavor.
