Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine greens, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, cranberries, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- Store dressing separately if making ahead.
- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
