- 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk chicken broth and flour until smooth.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter.
- Return chicken to the gravy and mix well.
Notes
- Use cornstarch instead of flour for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
