Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cubed
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place beef, carrots, potatoes, and onion in the crockpot.
- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- You can substitute beef with chicken or turkey.
- Add more vegetables like celery or mushrooms if desired.
