- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
