Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, and garlic on top.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and thyme over the ingredients.
  4. Pour chicken broth over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
