Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 taco shells or tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add taco seasoning, chicken broth, salsa, diced onion, minced garlic, and lime juice.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks.
