Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add taco seasoning, chicken broth, salsa, diced onion, minced garlic, and lime juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve in taco shells with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the chicken before adding to the crockpot.
- Use corn or flour tortillas based on preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
