Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to the crockpot and pour in chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
