- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place pork shoulder in the crockpot.
- Mix barbecue sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the pork with forks.
- Serve in bowls with your favorite toppings.
