- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
Instructions
- Place chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it with a fork, then return it to the pot.
- Add pasta and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Serve hot.

- You can add more vegetables like peas or corn.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
