A simple and delicious recipe for honey glazed carrots that’s perfect as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 500g carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over the carrots and stir well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until carrots are tender.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
