- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can use all ground beef if you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add 1/2 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
