- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
