- 250g noodles
- 200g grated cheese
- 300ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and stir to make a roux.
- Gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix in half the cheese.
- Combine noodles with the sauce and transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
