- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add cooked rice and raisins, stir well.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for best results.
- Add nuts if desired.
